The Five Roles of a Master Herder: A Revolutionary Model for Socially Intelligent Leadership

As a dog trainer and someone who works with people on a daily basis i found this book captivating. So much so that I read it in 2 days and about to re-read it for a second time. Highly recommend this book for anyone looking to become a better leader.

I am half way through this book and it has been helpful in not only understanding horses but also interacting with people. I am learning so much!! Will be referring backTo it a lot.

Super easy read and really great insight.

An interesting view point on how horses lead their herd mates. This book gives some insights and stories of how humans can transfer some of the skill sets used by horses to leading in the work place.A creative way to gain some help dealing with situations of leadership, with interesting examples in the horse herd.

Very well writen. I learnt a lot about how horses teach you a lot about yourself and can even improve your interpersonnal skills in general.

This book helps us understand the importance of respect, authenticity and forgiveness as we engage with other humans, animals and nature in our world.
