how do you hang this?

There is a little eyelet in the middle, that if you wanted to hang it, you could,with a thread, or something. i set it on the counter, and close it up when it isn't in use.

How long are the rods that hold the bags? I have another brand where they're about 10.25 inches long, which isn't long enough for my larger bags.

It is probably the same model. I just measured mine and the rods are exactly 10.25 inches to the small circular base that slides down to open the bag dryer.

Does this have a removable bottom? All the responses are from 2017 and I'm worried the product has changed since then.

Bottom is not removable. Only recommend putting plastic items on it though. I use it for glass bottles and it gets a bit top heavy. Needs a bigger base.

I bought one of these, base was missing rendering it utterly useless. Amazon said a replacement would be sent, didn't receive.

MICHAELS and other craft stores will provide a 1) round 3-4" circles (stack 2 or 3 for balance.) 2) a wooden candle cup; 3) a wooden ring. 4) For sticks, use bamboo chopsticks. Finish it all with light sanding, wipe down wirh a clean rag, oil it with butcher black oil. Thus would be a GREAT PROJECT FOR PRESCHOOLERS if the sanding is done over butcher or news paper taped down on floor and oiling is done over the sink.
