It's a skill tool you have learn how to use it!
The media could not be loaded. So I got a Gyro Ball cause I saw one on Dawn Champion's YouTube and then I got two. I wanted something that will help me work my core... Yep if your no careful and you get going to much you might just be on the floor triggering the Richter scale.I just got mine but I love it I have been trying to recover from a broken leg all summer and if this doesn't kill me..... I should be good. You have to get a feel for it and keep trying it will fill like you found a resistance to push against when you find that the harder you push the faster it will go... That's what she said. Like that magical umm spot you might find it or maybe it's mythical. You can see in my video this sound very futuristic when you get it going

I hope this was a factory production defect and not a design flaw.
I opened the box immediately after it arrived. I was eager to try it out. The included instructions are clear, but the Gyro made a rubbing sound and spun down in under 15 seconds. That was not enough time to do any of the suggested exercises. It is supposed to generate up to 200 pounds of resistance. The most I could feel was about 2 pounds. The only exercise I got from it was trying to get it spun back up every 15 seconds.I expect it was not assembled or tested properly in the factory, as there did not appear to be any damage to the shipping box or the unit itself. I returned it after a few minutes of frustration.

Easy to use once you find the rhythm!
It took a little bit to figure out, but once we did, it is easy to use and does make your arms and shoulders tired!
