I have spasms so my feet would come off my foot pedal and I did not know it came off one day and I got caught in the wall doorway and I broke my leg. So buying these was definitely a wonderful idea.

These work ok. Every now and then they will slip off my shoes during use.

First of all, these are high quality hook and loop straps. That's the good news. Buying them as an add-on product to the leg exercisers we own, I thought they would be sized for the openings of the pedals. I was disappointed. They will work by slipping them over the pedals but that is an uncomfortable and difficult thing for a person to do before starting to exercise. I may use them if I can figure out an easier way to set them up. For the time being they will be surplus as is the mat I bought for the Ellipse leg exerciser.

Use this when I am on my computer or watching tv. Very easy when automatic and forget I have it on. Excellent
