Ive been using the resin for around 2 months and hated the mess and taste. These have the same levels in as the resin but they also have Ashwaganda are SO much easier to take. I just leave a few in my Gym bag to take and have noticed a big improvement.

I bought this after reading about the effects of Shilajit and how it supports people who feel tired by elevating energy levels.The taste is not unpleasant but not pleasant either. They seem to be of high quality and uniform between the gummies but I don't feel they've had any effect on my energy levels, mood or sleep habits. They are just glorified sweets. Perhaps if I tried the original resin I may feel the benefitsI used them as instructed. One gummy twice a day, very easy way but genuinely felt no benefit so I cannot recomment them nor say they provide value for money as the benefits suggested do not happen. My mood was the same as was my sleep quality.Steer away from this, try to source the real resin

I've been taking these gummies for a couple of weeks and feel they have made no difference whatsoever, I will finish the 30 days and see if they make me feel any different.

Nice, but too sweet and moreish. You don't chew them, you let them melt in the mouth. I have recently bought the real stuff and that's very tasty, too tasty(Um!) so will be buying more of these.

Check the date, mine was out of date when it arrived.

I also bought the shilajit only gummies from Cleanleaf but have been thinking about adding Ashwagandha in as a supplement for a while. These still taste great and there is still a strong dose of Shilajit so are working well
