I waited a month to write this review. I have used this product consistently for a month I have not really noticed any difference in my skin but I have noticed I have increased energy and focus. This product is very effective and a great value for your money.

NAD+ is one of those supplements that has had a buzz about it these last handful of years. It is a naturally occurring coenzyme that is a cardinal player in redox reactions during cellular metabolism. Benevolent Supplement's NAD+ product is also paired with TMG and Trans-resveratrol, which each provide their own distinct modes of wellness support. It is a great concept for a supplement that, in theory, should support you during the aging process.What confuses me about Benevolent Supplement's NAD+ product is that the front of the label states that it is a NAD+ product, but also states that it is nicotinamide riboside (NR), as if NAD+ is synonymous with NR, and NAD+ and NR are interchangeable. However, NAD+ is actually nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide; NAD+ is what your body makes from NR, and NR is a form of B3 and NR is NAD+'s precursor. They are two different but related components in the same redox pathway.Benevolent Supplement's NAD+ is a great combo supplement offered at a fair price, which is remarkable considering NAD+ and NR supplements are notoriously expensive.

I take a number of supplements each day so it can sometimes be hard to identify the effects of any one product. No so here. NAD+ has a clear effect. More energy and a clear mind. It’s exactly as promised. Want a measure of effectiveness? I’m down to one cup of coffee from three or four. And now I’m just drinking it for the taste! Not the effect. In there crazy days, we need all the help we can get keeping our bodies healthy and functioning. I highly recommend NAD+!

I love this product—it’s become a part of my daily routine. I bought it mainly because of what it claimed to do for the skin, and honestly, it has met my expectations. I’ve been using it for a month now, and I love it so much that I bought two more. I’ve noticed a big change in my skin—it looks much more radiant. Honestly, it’s something I would never stop using.

I really like the quality of this supplement and amount of NAD+ I have been using for a couple of weeks and I haven't had any sensitivity issues, and the pill is easy to swallow with no lingering taste. I sleep well, feel alert during the day and have had a regular GI system. I really look forward to the long term benefits of using this supplement.

They are fine but I recommend you find some that are smaller and fewer per serving size.
