Très belle tasse personnalisée. Je suis contente de cet achat , tasse achetée pour offrir à une amie pour son anniversaire. Dans un premier temps la tasse a été livré cassé ( la poignée de la tasse ) , pendant la livraison. J’ai de ce fait contacté directement le vendeur avec photo à l’appui, le vendeur a été très réactif et m’a répondu très rapidement ( à peine 12h après ). Le remboursement n’a pas pu être réalisé mais à ma demande, la même tasse a été renvoyé en livraison express et mieux emballé pour éviter de nouveau la casse. Donc très satisfaite du vendeur ainsi que de mon achat, personnalisation très réussie, très belle tasse.
