ジムで使用しています。 あまりこの容量のシェイカーがないので、助かりました。 メモリは1ℓですが、その上までいられるため、1.2ℓくらい入るのではないかと思います。 横幅は通常のペットボトルより大きいくらいで、軽いので持ち運びもしやすいです。 保冷感は弱めですが、あまり冷たいのも苦手なので、グッドです。
