Sole Serenity Good Night Foot Pads

These foot pads are wonderful for relaxation! I use them before bed and wake up feeling refreshed and more relaxed. The natural ingredients are gentle and don't irritate my skin. They're so easy to apply - the adhesive stays in place all night without being uncomfortable. I love the soothing feeling they provide. The pads turn darker overnight, which shows they're working. After using them consistently, I've noticed better sleep quality and less fatigue in the morning. They have a pleasant, subtle scent that's not overwhelming. Great for anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet or needs help winding down at night. The packaging is convenient with individually wrapped pads. They stay fresh and are perfect for travel. Much better than other brands I've tried. Highly recommend for self-care routine!

So I tried this as directed and wore them for 7 hrs. One foot (left), as you can see from photo did change color, the right one did not. Other research shows when they are exposed to water or steam, the same outcome is achieved as when one wears them on their feet. Both pads however smell absolutely terrible, like burnt smokey wood, including my bedding which I now have to wash. The scent comes from the pad BEFORE use, although very slight, and is immensely exacerbated post sleep from heat and sweat from feet. My feet don’t sweat by the way, I simply wore light socks to keep them I place and the outcome was different. The tourmaline wood vinegar, when combined with sweat, creates a chemical reaction, which renders the smokey wood smell and changes the color. No help with sleep at all, in fact I tossed and turned all night and woke up feeling exhausted. I read up on these in an article from the Mayo Clinic (very reputable facility if you don’t know), and they stated there is no scientific evidence this type of product works. If you choose to try it-great but I’m telling you what my experience was and in my opinion they are not worth it.

I am not sure what to think about these foot pads. I don't know if they are really pulling out toxins or whatever but the herbs in them can't hurt. I do think they work to help relax me so I can sleep better and that benefit alone is worth it to me. I have to wear thin socks because the adhesion does roll slightly and can stick. They go on easily and come off easy. Overall, I do think they have some benefits

I love them. I've been using them for a week anda half. I notice my mood is better. Doesn't help me go to sleep though. Only bad thing is when I take then off in the morning I need a wet wipe to clean the bottom of my foot. But they are amazing and I'll keep buying them.

Not to bash the product at all because I haven’t seen a review like this, but just as a heads up in case you’re one of the few like me. I was so excited to try these, I’d heard about them from a client who raves and has worn them for years and then of course started getting ads. I finally got some and wore them two nights in a row. Then after the second night I had a horrible itch on the bottom of my foot right where the pad goes. Not the adhesive, the pad in the middle with all the good stuff. I have a red rectangle with bumps and it’s incredibly itchy and now I’m about 4 days out with not using them and still having to put hydrocortisone cream on the bottom of my feet. I’m so bummed because I realized wanted to sleep better like the reviews and my client had claimed they help with that tremendously! I am not a sensitive person to skincare or products typically, not allergic to anything except seasonal allergies. It’s quite puzzling and a huge bummer

got them for my grand daughter because she said she was having trouble sleeping i gave them to her and she said its the best shes slept in over 6 months

They may work but smell awful
