I was taking this because i lost a lot of blood after surgery, it rise my ferritin level very quick. The advertisement is fraudulent. It claims to be selling capsules with a dosage of 100mg, but what arrives it's a bottle of capsules with only 20mg each. A careful look at the picture in the ad shows what you get, 20mg per capsule. I can't believe the positive reviewers failed to notice this or to mention it.
