bought two to use in south wales in the sea, they do have a wee bit of give but are sturdy enough for sea and waves, some decent size ones as well, but always follow sea good practice and take advice on tides and currents in area you use them, a quick call to the local coastguard etc will give you all the info, or their local website, i put the kids in them, and sent them out to sea, but unfortunately the tide was coming in, and they kept coming back !, oh well i will try the kids in them next year in some rough currents, see if they stand up to that.... (that was humour by the way !), no they where really good in the sea, no problems, as i say i wouldnt cross the channel in them like only for calm inland coastal pleasure, all good !

My partner is 18 stone and it held his weight well. Buy an electric pump though to inflate to a maximum. The foot pump took so long.

Yes. They aren't that great joined anyways. As there weak at the join and snapped on us... hope this helps. X

I wouldn't recommend for anyone to buy the kayak no matter what price. The 2 lower valves are not well-placed so do not inflate well. This results in a real danger of capsizing.
