Good looking, ANC of 50db working good, High play time for 50 hrs, Value for money, Boat signature sound quality is awesome, Touch control works properly, But in ear sensor works too often.

We bought nirvana Zenith air dopes for my wife, assuming they will be decent product. First time we bought this company product but it became an ordeal for us.Delivery excellentProduct packing - excellentProduct finish - excellentWorking - never worked !!!We tried pairing it with samsung android handset but failed. Went through tutorials on Amazon, boat and many other youtube channels. Yet it never paired.Come next day we reached to Amazon who suggested to take it through service center. Boat service center refused to work over it as they were bought from Amazon and for ten days they will not help us- only Amazon can/will help us.Post that they can help wherein replacement would take 7 working days time.Then we requested for replacement from Amazon and after two days we get a product exchange which was old and different.In total we are surprised to see strange experience over Amazon from boAt team.Learning - we will now buy it from retail stores.

If you're having trouble, you can visit a nearby mobile store where an operator can assist you, or you can follow the manual like I did. The sound quality is crystal clear, the noise cancellation works wonderfully, and it connects to multiple devices via Bluetooth. For instance, it can be linked to your TV while still allowing you to take calls on your phone, making everything so much easier as long as your phone's Bluetooth is on. This BoAt Nirvana edition is definitely worth the investment. Worst product i ever buy and the amazone policies are more worst then this product. I want to return this product but there is only replacement. I don't like this proct so i want to return this but they told me that there is only replacement from the boat company. What is the point of amazone then if we don't return product if we don't like the product.Product is worse. In ear detection is not accurate.Sound quality is not good not even average acc. price.

The earphone is to be honest one of the best buy you can experience in this price range.After using it for 2 weeks sharing my experience.Pros1. Build quality is very good and premium.2. Easy to use due to fast pair of google.3. Boat Signature sound is crisp audio, Dolby Audio is best in class and support surround sound 8.1.4. Easily fit in medium to small ears.5. Battery life is commendable, after 3 hrs per day use, haven't charged for 2 weeks.6. Have Beast Mode for low latency, used in gaming no issues faced.Cons1. The zenith is more towards rose gold color, which I thought would be gold.2. The charging cable could have been a bit more length.3. Srsly a worth buy no more conss 😌

Please don't purchase a boat product through Amazon or rather any product through Amazon if refund not available. Though amazon gives 7 days replacement guarantee but that is only one time offer. I was delivered faulty boat nirvana zenith twice (ear buds didnt switch on in first place on both occasions......forget pairing). Then Amazon won't replace it further and palmed off it responsibility to boat. I was told to register complaint with boat customer care. More than a month has passed and despite a call to boat customer care every third day, product has not been replaced yet. In fact boat customer care told me that I would not have faced any problem if I would have purchased product directly from boat as if I was given this product free by boat-amazon team as an alm. Hell of an ordeal which is still on and no sign of an end to it Truly a disapponting experience with amazon boat team partnership. Both are behaving like fraudsters as if to use this partnership to dump faulty products to helpless customers. Please don't purchase any product through amazon and also of boat.

After nearly a month of use, the Black Zenith earbuds fall short of expectations. The ANC appears to be around 30 dB, not the claimed 50 dB. Bass enhancement is minimal, and there’s no noticeable difference between Dolby Audio and Signature Sound beyond volume. "Beast Mode" seems ineffective, and the battery life is disappointing.
