I have been buying this brand for close to a year now. I like this specific magnesium. It works well! It doesn't upset our stomachs, aids muscle soreness/aches, and helps us wind down before bed. It arrived late, however the product work wonders. I had neck/back stiffness for over a week. I took 2 soft gels as recommended and the next day my muscle pain/stiffness was gone and I've only been taking them for a week now. I had to go down to 1 softgel, because I've been struggling with waking up, you go into a very deep sleeping state. I sleep so well and so heavily.

Buyer beware: these are some of the largest pills I have ever seen! If you struggle taking pills these are not for you! Whatever the material is on the outside of the pill literally sticks to the inside of your throat as you try to gulp water down to swallow them. The dosing says to take two, there is no way I could swallow both of these horse pills at once! One is bad enough! I have to take them separately, even then it’s a struggle!
