I try to constantly change and rotate the different workout supplements I take to help keep my body from getting used to any one particular mix or supplement. I have been taking Nitric Oxide (NO?) for years, and for me, NO boosts my stamina during high-intensity exercise, and seems to help in recovery too. I read that L-arginine was a pre-curser to nitric oxide, that it could enhance the production of nitric oxide in the body, so I have started taking it. When I saw this L-arginine come up, I decided to give it a try. And I find it has very similar effects for me, my workouts and recovery as NO does. This L-arginine seems to work just as well for me as some of the other L-arginine supplements that I've taken in the past. The capsules are medium sized, are easy to swallow and have no discernible smell or taste to them. The bottle has 240 capsules. Suggested serving size is 1 capsule, so this bottle is a 8 month supply. If you take 2 caps a day (or an extra one on workout days) then this is still at least a 4 month supply. At the price, to me this supplement is a win!

There's nothing I dislike about this L-Arginine product. It seems very good quality. You get a lot of pills and the price per pill is great. I love the packaging and the fact that you only need to take one per day. I take a lot of supplements made by a lot of different companies and this my first experience with the Carlyle brand, and it stands out. This is something I would repurchase for sure and I would absolutely consider other supplements from this company.
