Ratio as printed 1:2:3 is right. Packaging is great. But its funny that an ayurvedic medicine writes 'organic' on it (is there any other type?) and makes it expensive than it should be.

So it's my third bottle which I am going to order now. Let me tell you something, I had problems like gases, constipation, irregularities in poop timings and what not. I searched it on youtube and got to know about triphala which should be in 3:2:1. I have been using it from last two months now, and I have changed my way of drinking water. Like I drink hot water first in the morning after I wake up. And then tripahala after brushing me teeth. I drink water sip by sip and only drink hot water, because it certainly helps in digestion where cold water can affect your digestion. And drink tripahala after dinner too certainly after an hour. I drink water after 2 hours of dinner. These things helped me for my digestion. And I think everyone should do it. Trust me it will help alot.

I don't think it's in the correct ratio 1:2:3. It is not working. Do not buy.

It is general Tri-phala. In correct composition as per %. It did help when taken with hot water in morning along with jaggery, on empty stomach. But sometimes it led to motions. I do not consume it on a daily basis however. This is supposed to keep three doshas in balance.
