I like that it's easier to wash it than my previous one.the advantage is its transparent water tank. in my past, it was blue. with a transparent one, it is much more convenient to evaluate its purity.

Easy to use and has good battery life. Getting extra cleaning jets is not easy.

Mine didn’t work despite charging for long and long. A click of the switch and no water comes through at all. Sadly was traveling when it arrived and now I can’t return it also. Disappointing. Any tips please let me know.

Battery life is pathetic and the cap to the water tank is very badly designed - broke off in three days and you nearly break your fingers trying to open it every time.

This is my second purchase as I need one for travel exclusively. Quality and functionality is great. Flossing is such a joy now. Worth every penny.It has a type c USB port and once you charge it works for many weeks. IMHO it’s must for anyone who cares about personal hygiene.

1 star reduced on account of Ergonomics!!Pros-4 different settings serve all purposes;Large holding capacity- I use the Pulse setting- [3 second jet 1 second pause],which uses only 1/2 of the 300 ml capacity.Long and strategically bent Nozzle is so designed that it can easily reach the farthest andthe most unreachable nooks and crannies of your dental structure.Far efficient and convenient than string floss.Can add a little mouthwash for better results.Long lasting battery backup.Innovative heavy ball at the end of the sucking pipe which quite efficiently sucks out even the last drop of the water, at whichever angle the appratus is held during operation.Con-On/off button and the mode button are so closely placed that when you wantto switch off the jet, 9 times out of 10 you press the mode button [bigger one].Result- You end up spraying your face/eyes and bathroom walls with a sharp stinging water jet!!At other times you will fumble with your thumb to get the right button while flossing is taking place.This gadget is not meant for small children and officially declared clumsy individuals!!Suggestion to the Manufacturer- On/off button should be placed far away on the opposit side right where the fore finger rests [under the forefinger] when holding the flosser.
