Love these lights!
Bought these lights to put in our back yard garage. The garage was not electrified originally and these lights are GREAT! They are nice and bright. I also had them replace all the lights in our 3 car garage and they and great. You have 3 brightness settings. All are set on the brightest setting except one. I had the one by the house entrance turned down one. It is still plenty bright, but not so blinding when taking my dogs out during the night. I would recommend these to anyone.

Bright lites!
Gotem in a couple days and decided to hook one up to make sure I was happy and boy was I. I got so jacked up by the brightness I mounted all 4. What a difference compared to the old tube lights. Ordering 4more to complete the change out.

Led lights that work
Have only installed two of the four. Was easy to install. The only hard part was deciding on what sitting I wanted.

Perfect project for my garage.
I installed these by myself and found it to be very simple. I located the place in the room that I wanted them to go and I put a single 65 lb anchor into the drywall and screwed the light fixture Center into that anchor. There is a hole already provided for that. What it allowed me to do was adjust the lamp from front to back until both sides were equal distance from the wall. Then I marked my four spots and spun the light fixture on the single mounted screw exposing the four marks that I had just made and I put four anchors in the ceiling. I then spun it back into place and anchored it down and it turned out perfect. I wish the lens fit a little more securely in the box but it wasn't bad enough to deduct any stars I thought this product was perfect for my garage application. I will buy two more so that they stretch most of the length of my three car garage. I'm very happy with them. Now I just keep my fingers crossed that 50000 hours for the lamp life is accurate.

Task Lighting Needed but Cable Alteration Necessary
The garage is well lighted using four ceiling mounted 4β fixtures for general illumination. Each fixture has dual 4ft T8 LED bulbs. Each easily replaceable bulb uses 15W and produces 1800 lm, or 30W, 3600 lm per fixture. The Sunco fixtures use LED strips that would not be that easy to replace and consume 50W (67% more than the existing ceiling fixtures), but 81% more light. These American made Sunco fixtures are thankfully very BRIGHT and well worth the asking price. Reviewers of other competitors complained about how fragile (breakable) the plastic lens covers were, but these from Sunco are not. What is needed is task lighting over a work bench and under a cabinet. Not from a junction box as shown in the instructions but mounted to shelving and plugged into a receptacle. Since up to six of the Sunco fixtures can be combined end-to-end, I opted for a 14/3 extension cord, cut to length. To mount/protect the extension cord, a rubber grommet could be used but I wanted to use a round cable strain relief bushing to prevent any cord movement. Specifically, a 7N-2 Round Cable Strain Relief Bushing. The Sunco supplied wire nuts were used to join the fixture wiring to the 14/3 extension cord. To provide a switch for the light, I chose the Cable Matters Grounded Outlet with Switch from Amazon. One small issue with the Sunco fixtures as manufactured. The linking cables (1.5" and 8") DO NOT FIT! That is, on all cables the 3 male pins only engage with their female counterparts by about 1/32 of an inch instead of the intended ΒΌ inch. Even with significant pressure the cables could not be forced to engage. My solution was to carefully drill each female hole to increase its ID to match the male OD. I used several ever increasing diameter numeric drill bits until I had success with a #42 drill bit (0.0935β OD). I suspect a 3/32β fractional bit (0.09375) would accomplish the same task.

Let there be LIGHT!
I used this product in my garage. These lights are fantastic. They are extremely bright. The quality of the product is far superior than what I expected I would get. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone that wants to put surface mounted LED lights anywhere in their home or garage or shop. Ben

You could do surgery in our attic now
Wow - two of these in each side-attic and I don't have to spend much time looking for anything in there - you can see everything so clearly! Plenty of light to see back to the eaves, read labels on boxes, etc. They also don't heat up like the single incandescent bulb used to - which was terrible in summer. Their low profile keeps them out of the way. We've very pleased with them and plan to buy more when we relight the garage!

Much better than I expected
These shop lights are bright!!! I installed both of them in my garage, replacing a single 2 tube fluorescent fixture. Amazing difference! Installing the first one was more of a challenge because I needed to offset it from the ceiling electrical box so that the two fixtures could be centered in the garage. Unfortunately the wires in the box and the wires in the fixture were not long enough to reach each other so I had to splice in some wires to make it work. I used some earthquake putty to stick the extra wires to the top of the fixture so they would not hang down and be visible from below. Just this single new LED fixture was twice as bright as the fluorescent fixture that it replaced. Installing the second fixture was a piece of cake using the connector provided by the company. I am very happy with these LED fixtures!
