So glad I bought it!
Fantastic all round tv, I have a Nvidia Shield android box and amp plugged into it and it runs great. The only apps that I use on the tv are bbc iPlayer, itv hub and all4 and they run great! I stream a lot though my Nvidia Shield onto this tv and the picture quality is incredible! I bought a 4K av receiver to go with it and I have been watching football, boxing, snooker and films on it and it handles it perfectly, don’t know why people say it goes pixelated because I haven’t had any problems. You view is great as well!

Great all around
I’m a sucker for Sony since 2011and this hasn’t disappointed. The picture quality is sharp and the sound very decent. Apps work well too. The added voice remote control is really handy especially for a busy mum . It is definitely pricey but having tried others I much prefer the Sony Bravia Android .

17 months and it then stops working!
It has now scored low due to the fact the TV has now stopped working after 17 months!Today I ty switching on the TV and it is non responsive. I don’t get how this can happen. We are now in isolation without a TV.

Great Android TV, built-in Chromecast has a few hitches
I'm not really an expert on image quality and TVs but moving from my old 32" Samsung to this has definitely felt like an upgrade in every aspect! The 4K HDR content I've watched on this TV looks crisp, vivid and overall spot-on. Sound is alright but don't expect anything amazing from a built-in TV speaker. Pleasantly impressed by the thin bezel and how thin the TV is.The only downside is that the menu navigation is a bit sluggish on the default settings. I'm a big fan of Android TVs but their settings out-of-the-box can be a bit too much so TV settings required some tweaking. Once this was done though, browsing through the TV menus is snappy and comfortable.Perhaps the only not so great aspect is the built-in Chromecast. Sometimes it doesn't stream content correctly and it's not discoverable by other devices in my home network. But 90% of the time it works just fine.

Bravo Brava!
Great TV. Vibrant colours with ample user functionality that's adaptive. A satisfactory purchase on all fronts. The sounds not too bad either.

Brilliant TV But Power Issue
TV in terms of quality was brilliant, picture and sound were amazing and Android TV ran perfectly after updating everything, Android TV did run slow at first but after updating everything it ran fine however, after a good 13 months of using the TV (very light usage), it happened to stop responding (no power), seems like this is a common issue with Sony TVs looking at the forums, I did originally contact Sony but due to the 1 year warranty they advised me to take it to a repair centre (which would charge for repair). I then contacted Amazon who advised they offered an additional year so I decided to send it to Amazon for a refund, I am going to stick with Samsung as my old TV which is still working has lasted 9 years without issues!Disappointed with Sony, did not expect this issue especially after such light usage, the TV was always plugged into a surge protector lead so unsure what caused this issue but I have lost trust in Sony for now.
