DONT USE THIS COMPANY
This was a bday gift for my father. He's 84yrs and it was a picture of him and my daughter in his younger years. Although he's alert and his memory is good; I wanted him to have something he could look at every day since he's always on his laptop viewing the stock market. The custom-made mouse pad did not turn out well!!!. The photo was blurred, and you could hardly make out his face. NOT HAPPY and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Take he time and go into a Walgreens they do great work.

Ordering a 2nd one as a replacement, will update after receiving it.
The jelly-wrist-support part was popped. The sticky jelly leaked and stained the picture. It deflated and lost its shape. Will update when I recieve the new one I just ordered as a replacement.
