Very easy set up and works great! Gets cold quickly and is built to last. I winter dip in nature through the winter but with warmer weather, I needed a plan B for continuing my cold water exposure. This keeps my joint pain at bay, improves my immune system and keeps my spirits high💕💕💕

We are so happy with this ice plunge and chiller. We weren’t sure if we needed the larger size chiller to keep it cool but this works amazingly, we are so glad we didn’t spend extra money for no reason. Instructions are very simple and if you have any questions, the customer service is so helpful. Great company, we will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family. The chiller is nice and quiet and the tub is so sturdy. It’s almost like it was stationary hard tub instead of a blowup tub.

This is an exceptionally well built product. although inflatable, it is as solid as a rock. And the chiller is great and programmable. I needed Customer service and they turned out to be exceptional as well. And lastly, the value is excellent.

Nothing but great things to say about this ice bath. The tub with lid is well made and very maneuverable. The chiller gets the water cold very quickly and isn’t very noisy although I do have it outdoors. Everything is included that is needed to assemble the entire unit and if you have any questions, emailing the company will result in a quick response from Nick. Nick has been very helpful answering questions and locating add on accessories such as another shutoff valve, extra hose and sump pump. I chose a setup with two shutoff valves and two filters after reading a review from another buyer. Needed more tension hose rings to secure all hoses to the barb fittings since there are many. I initially had some small leaks but the addition of those tension rings solved the problem. Also, the instruction manual is well written and easy to follow.

Wasn’t going to buy an inflatable but the durability of this unit exceeded expectations so took the “plunge” (pardon the pun). Easy to maintain, good circulation, and like its portability.What I want to highlight is the customer service. Have never worked with a company so responsive. Have had a good number of communications with them and not only were their responses quick, they were detailed with unexpected tips, links, and suggestions…in essence, they went above and beyond.We’ve even been experimenting with different components when I wanted to enhance my experience with the system and they have been extremely responses when parts were requested.Only thing I will mention is that here in Florida, and only during the hot humid months, the chiller struggles a bit to maintain the mid-40 temperatures. However, before and after those hot summer months the chiller has worked fine. For my wife and I, mid to upper 40 degree temps is fine.I would suggest a reflective blanket for the hotter summer months to help maintain temperatures and make it easier on the chiller if the unit is outside and exposed to some sun (wouldn’t recommend placing this system in direct sunlight in Florida). Also recommend shutoff nozzles at the input and output ports in the tub for easier filter maintenance and draining. Finally, I placed the macro filter I got with the tub before the pump because it filters the larger sediments before circulating through the pump (one time it captured a baby frog that found its way into the tub and was glad it didn’t get circulated through the system). I use a micro filter after the pump to strain the smaller sediments because pumps generally are designed to push water vs pull water through a system.Great investment and phenomenal customer service. Yes, if you piecemeal you might be able to put this system together yourself for less money. However, the company is responsive, has figured out how to make this system work, and the product is good quality making it worth what I would call, at most, a small additional cost.

Was really looking forward to using this, but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. The unit leaks water, and it takes an extremely long time to cool the unit (nearly 10 hours to drop 4 degrees). The outside temperature was 58 degrees…The tub is also much smaller than advertised. I’m 5’10”, and I had to sit completely scrunched up to fit.One major concern is the lack of a GFCIA plug. My dad is a licensed electrician, and he pointed out that running power near water without a GFCI is a serious safety issue.Overall, its just wasn’t worth it for. Slow cooling, undersized tub and potential safety risks.

I had only cold plunged once or twice (with ice) before buying this but after hearing all the hype around the health benefits lately, I figured I’d give it a try and work it into my fitness routine. Now I understand what everyone’s talking about because this thing has absolutely changed my life.The product itself is awesome and the set up is simple with the included manual. Other ones I looked at were ridiculously expensive, seemingly to achieve the same exact result. I was surprised at how strong and sturdy the tub was after inflating, I can sit on it or probably even stand on it if I wanted (210 lbs). The chiller gets the water pretty darn cold in about 9-10 hours and is consistently reliable at holding the temperature range it’s set to. The only annoying thing is changing the water but I bought a pretty powerful sump pump and hose to drain a lot quicker.I was a little weary making such a big purchase but this has turned out to be a great gift to myself!
