Would anyone know if this would also fit the Werner ladder which is very similar to the Little Giant?

I only have a Little Giant ladder but I can offer is the overall width of the tray is appox. 11-3/4". If the space inside each step on the Werner ladder is 12", you're all set. This is a great addition, very useful on all kinds of jobs on the ladder. I had to remove the strong magnets due to my pacemaker.

does it fit on Gorilla ladders?

It works to a point but it's not level. I do have a Gorilla ladder and use this tray only once in a while. If it was adjustable I'd say go for it but in good conscience I can't recommend it.

Will this work with the SumoStance ladder? Or is there something else that does?

what are the dimensions of the legs, i'm looking into extending them.

The support bar is about 14 inches. Add about 2 inches for the half circle that goes around the step.
