Great affirmation cards that can travel were ever you go in a sturdy box. I bought them for a friend and she is using them everyday and finding her anxiety and depression has decreased.

Exactly what i needed

When I received these cards, I took them out of the box to find that the top of some of the cards had been damaged during packaging. I had to cut these down and re-round the corners, which meant I had to do the same for all cards in the deck so they were all the same size and shape. That was frustrating, but now it's done I really like them. They have great messages on the cards and I like the colours and little images too.
