Nice item good for the price

Bought it for my student and they haven't complained. It's a pretty basic computer for doing basic things like email, papers, etc. I think it would be noticeable low-specs for video editing, rendering, running a local AI, etc. PRO TIP: My student opened the box, took out the computer, threw everything away else, which included the power brick/cord. They then complained that a standard phone charger wouldn't charge the laptop (which is true, it won't). I had to buy a replacement power brick. Lesson: If your student's only experience is phones, unbox it with them.

I wish i could give negative stars. We purchased this in oct 2025. The warranty expired in 2018. What a scam! One month after purchase the battery won't hold a charge. I'll NEVER purchase a computer on Amazon again.

I was looking for something similar to my older 12” dell I had, and this was very similar. Always love my dell laptop. They work so well and are easy to use.

Great computer for price

I love this laptop. I mean what else is there to say, it's a dell. The one thing I will say, for the price that I paid it should have come with at least 16 GB installed RAM. Instead, it had 8gb ram. But, we get what we paid for. The quality is awesome, the battery life is decent, it doesn't weigh that much, and it actually runs multiple programs quite fast for only 8 GB. I guess it's the ddr5 that keeps it running fast. I recently just ordered two dual 16 GB RAM sticks. Once I get those, it will accompany my needs for music editing, video and photo editing. It's a great laptop!

Bought it and returned. Feels cheap with not enough ports and dull screen. It's not a touch screen or value for money. Won't recommend.

Touch pad is loose, might be an issue in the future. Plastic feel material. Fan too noisy for a new or modern laptop. I will definitely return this unit.
