These are a good safe magnesium supplement. The benefits are they help with sleep and relaxation, whilst being easy on the stomach. They are also supportive of the nervous system. There is 3 months supply in the container. I particularly like that they are easy to swallow and don't have any flavour. They are also vegan.

You get what works out as 30 days supply for the price. Instead of taking 3 per night I vary between 1&2 due to other things I take too. I find that even this low dose really helps me physically relax of an evening, helping with restless legs and stiff muscles making it so much easier for me to drift off and get a good nights sleep. Absolutely brilliant supplement and worth every single penny. Thank you!

I take this magnesium supplement before sleep and they work great, they help with my sleep quality and I wake up feeling rested. I do recommend this product, it is a good value for money.

Can't really comment, at this stage, about the effectiveness of this product. They are easily swallowed and no nasty aftertaste or regurgitation problems. What caught my eye about this supplement was the fact that it can be used, evening time, to get a better quality sleep. I was recommended to take magnesium but not ant magnesium but specifically magnesium glycinate for its specific properties. Please do you research on this type of magnesium but I’m very happy with the price point and quality.

These are genuine Magnesium Glycinate, which you can tell from the Elemental Magnesium content. The vast majority of Magnsesium supplements nowadays are buffered with cheap, poorly absorbed Magnesium Oxide, which is never listed and which they use to inflate the elemental magnesium percentage - usually to 20%. The maximum you can get from any form of Magnesium except oxide is around 14% and Magneisum Glycinate is anything from 10% to around 12%.I always read the label and if I see the usual inflated figures I give them a pass as, as well as simply being cheap and poorly bioavailable, Magnesium Oxide has an unpleasant laxative effect for most people.These capsules are well packaged and presented and, as I have said, have accurate Magnesium figures, so are also properly manufactured. The weights of the capsules are also consistent so they have obviously been correctly filled as well. Overall, exactly as they should be and very please with them,
