Truly a fantastic product. Build quality is superb. Took me and a friend 10 mins to put together (put on the stand, it will need two people as it’s heavy due to the quality). It has tackled huge bits of wood and split them effortlessly. I had a 200 year oak come down last year and the trunk cut offs have been in my garden for a year as I really couldn’t find the time to split it all up with an axe. Using this I split everything in a couple of days. I have enough wood for a couple of years now. It was a really big tree! What’s also awesome is the twin speed which cut the time down significantly! It also has proved very effective at creating kindling from any size logs. Customers service was great too! Highly recommend.

This log splitter is a quality beast, it's a pleasure to use and has no problem with any size logs wether seasoned or not however the manual recommends splitting green although this was too late for me, but it handled them with ease I am so pleased with it and would highly recommend, I would definitely purchase the stand as well as this makes life so much easier.

I have been using this for almost a year and it has changed my wood processing system. It splits almost everything I put on it. I bought the surrounding cage but don't think I need it. The version I bought has two speeds which is a plus
