I’ve waited until the end of my first bottle to write this. It really works. I place on the back of my neck, wrists and inner thighs every night. My dreams have come back and I sleep 8 hours uninterrupted. I’ve lost 15 lbs so far and am a lot calmer. During this time, I had Mirena removed. Great product, wish the bottle was more environmentally friendly. I understand shaking and all… but half full???

I bought this product because I’m entering perimenopause and had started experiencing several symptoms, including irregular sleep, painful periods, and heavier and longer bleeding than usual. I used it starting five days before my period and continued during my cycle, and the change was almost immediate. My period lasted only five days, which is normal for me, the bleeding was much more manageable, and I didn’t have the intense pain I’d been dealing with. I’m also sleeping well again, without interruptions. Another big plus was that my skin didn’t break out like it had during my last few cycles. I honestly loved this product. It made a noticeable difference for me, and I feel much more balanced. I’m already planning to gift a bottle to my best friend, who is in menopause. Highly recommend it.

I used to take progesterone in powder form and I’d have to mix it with vitamin E oil. This product eliminates that extra step and makes it super easy. A little goes a long way. Make sure to shake each time you use it. Works according to how it’s suppose to for me and I’m happy.

In my opinion it is an absolute SCAM. You get a very small amount of liquid , 1/3 full bottle. The content dried up in days inside the dropper, and was not usable. Also I learned, that the amount of progesterone in this formula is way too small for making a difference. You need much more if you are using it for hormone balance, as topical application should be 3-4 times more than oral micronized progesterone .

This works for me. My hormones are more stable and barely any hot flashes to report, but I need more oil in this bottle to justify continuing my purchase of ProAdapt.

Progesterone has been key for me dealing with Perimenopause after hysterectomy. My body and my emotions have been able to remain more fluid and balanced at the same time. I love that this blend has vitamin E as well which is also essential at this time for woman my age. Amazing product!

I’m feeling good about this. I wanted to try it because I had 2 miscarriages. Progesterone aids in many pregnancy related things (in photo) so I’m happy to have this blend. It’s easy to take. Just 2 drops.
