Strong, but stiff
As a mechanical engineer I could not resist checking on a new idea. I still have not used the ties for any particular project, so only first impression - the tie will not work if you try to feed it through the wrong opening of the bracket, but will if you twist the tie and feed it into the right opening. That means that the idea is best suited for flexible ties, and these here are fairly stiff, so it is a poor match properties. Nevertheless they seem to be strong, so I certainly will use them somewhere some day. One idea is tying crossed pipes. On the other hand one can very well lash crossed pipes using regular long flexible ties, so I really do not know. Probably they probably end as spare ties used the traditional way, where strength is more important than flexibility.

Convenient for tying down multiple items
These ties are fine imo. For some uses, a longer zip tie is preferable but the length of these covers 70% or so of what is needed in my case.
