I struggle taking tablets so I'm pleased that these are really small and tasteless. Decent dosage of vitamin D, so hopefully I will start feeling better soon once it kicks in in a few weeks. I've been doing research and the usual recommended daily doses are far too low for people living in the UK.

Apparently everyone in the UK should be taking Vitamin D due to not getting enough sunshine, this is especially important if you have a darker skin tone.I knew that taking K2 with the vitamin D was beneficial and this makes it easier to take them both at the same time in one medication.Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 ensure that calcium is absorbed easily and reaches the bone mass, while preventing arterial calcification. Helping to keep your heart and bones healthy. Separately, K2 regulates normal blood clotting, whilst D3 supports a healthy immune system and supports muscle function.All in all these are made by a UK company and seem good value for money

My husband and I have been taking Vitamin D (with K2) since late 2019, and personally I think it’s been very beneficial for us.4000 iu’s is a good amount - I wouldn’t want less than this. The addition of the K2 is important though - I wouldn’t take D3 without it. I won’t profess to know the complete science behind why, but it’s something to do with the K2 sending the excess calcium to the bones rather than allowing it to settle in the blood vessels.These D3 & K2 tablets are small, round and flat and extremely easy to swallow.They have no smell, taste or aftertaste.There are 60 tablets in the bottle, so two months worth with a dose of one per day. I was already taking a similar supplement, so haven’t noticed a difference with this one, so I’m going to say that’s a good thing.
