元々これの白をタイで購入して使っていました。灼熱の太陽の下でも全方位のツバが日を遮ってくれるので大変重宝しました。何度も洗濯したらツバがふにゃふにゃとなってきたので新品購入。しかし、ふにゃふにゃのツバは首裏を守るのには適しており、新しいシャキッとしたツバは首裏が熱い感じがありました。そのうちまた柔らかくなるので大事に使っていこうと思います。
