I love the reduced pain in my neck and back when I use this device. I have used it on a bed (while traveling by car) and when mounted to my Teeter inversion table. Personally, I prefer it on my table although it did work on a bed. What do I hate about it? The rubber "ridge" at the base of my skull. Yes, it works - but it does make my skin sore. I'd prefer a softer "edge".I'll continue to use it because it helps with the spinal stenosis in my neck and upper back. But it still hate the localized pain it causes!

This cushion will most definitely hit your pressure points! It’s made of a foam material but not extremely firm or stiff. I would expect it can handle the weight of an average to larger body type. It doe take a bit of getting used to but once you get the hang of it, it actually helps!

The product doesn't help much. I was expecting this product to help relieve tension in my upper back and help stretch my neck. So far it's not doing either

I wanted it for my Teeter Inversion table which I love. It seems well made … But This does not work well when inverting. It slides around because you can’t get the strap tight enough. And the neck area just hit wrong no matter how I adjusted it. It did not improve my Inversion experience at all! You do get use to the pain after a few seconds so I use it on the floor or flat surface. I prefer the lumbar support & knobs that came with my table over this. Too much trouble to return but not sure how much use I’ll get from it.

Received a mat instead of the myotrak at first. Reached out to seller and they immediately ordered the correct item. Delivery took awhile do to xmas season, but arrived before Xmas. This is an excellent product to release back muscle. Yes, you have that ouch moment, but when your muscles release and relax it’s wonderful. Currently using on the floor have not installed it on my inversion table yet.

The ink cartridge does not fit my printer, even though it had my printers name on it. The exercise equipment for the neck had a strange smell, and it does not work with my equipment and they exercise equipment. The wheels are frozen.

It looks like a torture device. - Not Even -head and neck are in alignment and the pressure points work their magic… it’s very comfortable even in a chair…A Great Product
