Works great!
I live in a condo building and our exterior doors and parking garage are accessed by these HID fobs. Our property management co wanted $35 each for pre-programmed fobs so I thought I would order a couple of these & save a few bucks.A word of caution here: these fobs are absolutely authentic, BUT, they will need to be "activated" for the specific entry/access system that you want to use them with; They won't work on their own, (right out of the box).To get the new fobs to be compatible with your doors, you have 2 options:1) Take these new fobs to your property manager and see if they will activate them into their system, OR,2) Spend about $30 and buy an HID fob duplicator. The duplicator can read an existing fob that is already authorized in your system and copies (writes) the correct activation info onto the new fob. With this method, the door system thinks the new fob is the old fob, since they will have the same activation code, but that should not be a problem.

Just Works
What can I say, it's a fob that works with HIDProx readers. We use cards with our access systems but have a specific immediate need for fobs for Canada Post staff to enter our lobby. They don't like cards as they put all the fobs on a ring and a card would just snap. Ordered, arrived, swiped to get a read, programmed in. done.

Does the job, but very expensive.
Considering that RFID tags cost -literally- 50 cents per item when bought off Ebay or Aliexpress, paying 19 dollars for one seems like an absolute scam... But I couldn't find this exact frequency RFID tag on those websites, and needed just a single one for a very specific purpose, so I had to fork out for it. That being said, its a well-made tag, and does what it says on the tin.

Great alternative to a badge!
These worked exactly as they were supposed to. I don't have a special programmer or any real experience with these, so it was pretty simple. I add cards for our small business through an IP based dashboard and didn't have any problems. The format on these is the standard 26 Bit Wiegand and the card/fob number is stamped on the back of these. The facility code is not included and is necessary to program these. I read some of the other reviews that said you could contact HID Global with the order number (also stamped on the back of the fob) and they would tell you the facility code. As some of the other reviews said, mine were preprogrammed with a facility code of 82.From an actual product standpoint, these seem to be working great. My employees kept losing the larger cards and this way they have them attached to their key rings and have less of a chance of losing them. They're very small and not too bulky. They're a little bit larger than the size of a quarter.
