Sticks and works well
Used this to cover areas in a subwoofer well. Made sure no rattles could happen. Applying and using was easy. Cut, places and used a roller. Sticks fine, no movement, and it was sticky enough. Sometime hard to get off the backing, but it comes off with no issues. Cut with a razor blade and it sliced fine. Not to thick so it doesn't take up much room. Works fine, no rattles after subwoofer installation.

Easy to use
This stuff works really really well and it wasn’t hard to get the paper off and stick it to the car. Will buy again for sure. It does stink a little at first but it doesn’t linger and once you use a roller and really get it on it looks real good

Just what you need
I used these to line the cab floor of my 1990 Toyota pickup. Not only did it significantly reduce road noise, but it also drastically reduced the temperature of the cabin floor. Before the liners my feet felt like they were baking in an oven while driving. Now, not so much. I am glad I did this!

Making a home theater in my basement.
As part of my home theater project in the basement, I spent a lot of time and money working on keeping loud noises in the basement. I have six, 6" metal ducts overhead. When you rapped on them with a metal object, they ring. This ringing transmits through the ducts to the living/dining rooms. To prevent this, I stuck these pads onto the ducts. The ringing is gone. Sound will really have to work to vibrate the metal air ducts.Note: You do NOT have to cover every square inch of the item you are trying to silence. These are made to stop sheet metal from vibrating. I only did the bottom of each duct and there is a minimum of a 1" gap between pads. Since I have an older house, my cold air return ducts are also metal. I slapped a pad on each of those as they exist in my theater area.Note2: These are only part of my noise blocking plan. I have R30 mineral wool in the ceiling joists and a layer of Mass Loaded Vinyl (MLV) in addition to 2x1/2" drywall. Putty pads for any electrical openings in the ceiling too. These primarily get used to silence cheap cars. That works too. Get a roller to help install these. Hard plastic or hard rubber roller about an inch wide. This seats the pads onto the surface ensuring that they stay adhered.

As good/better as some higher priced brands
I love this stuff! I’ve used it in my 67 Mustang and my current 55 Chevy. It’s waaaaaay less expensive than the big name brands….which I’ve used in the past, and it really isolates exterior noise. That way I can play my stereo louder! lol Wicked easy to install and this stuff sticks like there’s no tomorrow. Make sure u get your placement correct!
