Installation team was not good enough. Try to loot money by forcefully supplying the additional items.2. Behaviours of the service persons were not good.PRODUCT PART1. Damaged / faulty AC delivered.2. AC Blower making lots of Noise which can’t be affordable.3. Cooling not proper as compared to other brand.4. Most important material quality is not good enough.5. LLYOD customer care is irresponsible very poor and cheap quality standard executives talk like typical SARKARI BABU. Unable to understand the customer problems and giving solution is big thing for them.Based on above we approached Amazon CC. Described above mentioned issues. They have lodged a complaint and given five days assurance.Despite several call reminders and tele discussions held with Amazon CC they failed to give promo resolution and mailed us date of resolution for 10.08.2024 while we have lodged a complaint on 30.07.2024.During this humid season we manage to purchase a single AC for my kids butAmazon CC is talking like government officer having very much heavy system protocol even not able to understand why should we suffer without our fault.Finally after long discussion with one of CC Mr Saurabh and Mr. Alok tried to understand the gravity of the situation and created a refund.One thing I want to tell Amazon management that “system/protocol/pooicy has been made by human which is Being applied upon human not for wall and rock.Your system/protocol/policy is not realistic it needs a to be change as per the situations but every t
