A major improvement over the factory eartips
I have had my Klipsch S4 earphones for over a year. Once they were properly broken in, I was pleased with the audio quality, but I never did like the eartips (I use the small, double-flanged ones). They were fair, as I often could not get the right-hand one one into my ear correcty. Plus, they just were not comfortable after a while. I looked around, and decided to give the Comply foam tips a try - for 15 bucks, it was worth a shot. Wow...what a difference. Not only are these much more comfortable, but as other reviewers have noted, the sound is much improved (more rounded, fuller bass). I mostly listed to Jazz, and the sound is really better. As to audio isolation, I've found that you have to get them into the ear canal just right, which with the Klipsch phones means doing the 180 degree rotation bit (insert, turn 180 degrees, nestle into the ear). Once they are in snug, they don't move around like the factory ones do, especially when you're eating! On the down side, as others have said, they are earwax magnets. I agree that each pair will probably last for 4-6 weeks (you get 3 pair in a package), and you've got to take care not to bang them about when not in use (I bought the GTMax case for my headphones & my Sensa Clip+). Bottom line - much improved comfort & sound to me is a trade-off I'm willing to make.

Improved sound and comfort
I was having issues with the poor quality of the stock Etymotic medium foam tips. They were also a bit too big for my ears. I tried these small Comply isolation foam tips and they work very well. They don't isolate quite as well as the stock foam tips, but they also help balance out the sound of my ER2XR earphones. The stock foam tips are a bit over the top with bass, but these Comply tips bring the bass down a bit. My ER2XR earphones now fit AND sound better. Great job!

Forced to return.
I was very disappointed because I didn’t get my fit. My ear canal is narrow and their smallest size didn’t go in my ears. Need to come up with smaller sizes for younger and petite music lovers. I have the apple pro but I can’t use them.

Yes, they isolate
Bought for Klipsch S4i headphones. They are definite improvement in noise isolation vs stock tips and thus improved the acoustics. I commute in a van with others and immediately noticed reduced road noise and other riders' conversations were noticeably muted, too. But, I wonder if generics would work as well at lower cost.

Soft, comfy
I use these for my Klipsh X10s, since the stock eartips dont stay in at all. These are good replacements, and they fit well. No complaints.

Comfortable!
These are the best for those of us who have small ear canals and find all other ear buds uncomfortable. This is my second time buying them. They do wear out (mostly get dirty with earwax) after quite a few uses .so I replace them periodically

I like these, but they don't seem to block noise ...
I like these, but they don't seem to block noise as well as I had expected since I opted for the noise blocking version. They're rather comfy in the ears, but not for too long of a period.

Good Replacements
Why is it SO HARD to find replacement silicon ear tips for the Klipsch R6 II? I ended up getting these instead, and my decision hasn't wronged me yet! These provide a much better seal and stay in my ears much better than the silicon type. The only con I have (and I wish Comply would develop new shorter versions) is that these make the earbuds stick out of my ears much further than the silicon type. But I don't have to worry about them falling out.
