We’re a neurodivergent household and my son struggles with alexithymia, so does my Father who is little proud, and/or generationally shame-filled to express needs (I bought two sets and put on on his fridge also.)I’m a big fan of the spin-wheel hand held variety that’s often found in the form of a pin one may wear, I’ve noticed even clients are “hands busy people” but this color scheme is great, and far more extensive.I think it suits better for adults who may take the time with it.

My kids love these! They're always looking at them and reading what feelings are available and trying to match theirs with what they read. It's a fun way for them to explore their feelings in a safe and low pressure environment.

We don't really consider the power of vocabulary when thinking of our mental health and tools we can use to help ourselves and others to have more agency when working with how we feel, our emotions and all the words there are to describe them. This is just a short list, but when we consider our typical vocabulary and the words we use most in conversation we could be more specific.I love these magnets. I would recommend making copies of them, scan them so you can have them in your binder as well. These emotion words are common, at least familiar but it is great to have something to look at to find the feeling your are having, the word that offers the best description.Great for kids, of course, but also great for all ages.very attractive and fun to look at. The colors and size of products is fine but the packaging was so tight in the plastic (Not box) that the items came curled up on the edges. They’ve been flat on a metal surface yet still haven’t uncurled yet and it’s been days. If it wasn’t for that I’d give it 5.
