This is a wonderful item. It’s better than buying abag of rubber mulch. I recommend this for anybody to use in the garden.

It tears really easy thus not worth the outrageous price. I’ve had mine for about 1 month and it tore in several places and has a hole in it from moving my gate which touched it.

great product to cover drainage pipes, so they can be accessed without having to dig up mulch.yes the mats outgas for a few days, but they are rubber, it is expected. They look great.

Got my rubber mulch mat today and as soon as I took it out of the box, the backing fell off of it and it started "shedding" or falling apart. I needed to cut it length wise to fit in my green house, so got my skill saw out and cut it which it did Ok with. But, as soon as I was rolling it up to move to my green house, it tore very easily, about a 5 inch tear in it. Nothing I could do about it, but the tear at the far end of the green house where there is the least amount of traffic. None-the-less, it appears to be pretty close to "junk" as when you drag your feet across it, it "sheds" pieces of rubber off of it. Don't know how long it will last, but I'm certainly not impressed at this point!!

This is very easy to roll out but cutting to size is annoying because the mulch doesn’t actually stick to the landscape fabric.

10/25/24: I had to buy the Stedi 9" scissors in order to cut it to size in order to fit around my bush bases ... but I think it will be great for keeping the grass/weeds out of areas in the garden where I don't want to be constantly pulling weeds, especially grass from under rose bushes (Ouch). Just put it down yesterday - beating the snowfall, so will update rating and review next fall after a summer of weed growth. But for now, I love it.

I really like these and they worked out exactly how I envisioned for my garden. I bought a second set.
