I used them to resize a 28mm from the spectra pump and thankfully they also work well.

I purchased these flanges but unable to use as they were SCENTED!!! Strong perfume smell even after washing and sterilising so unable to use!

Nice soft silicone replacement flange inserts. They need changing every so often. There are 5 pairs of various sizes. Which can be good to test, which fit better and also for additional support to change between them depending on the need at the time. As nipples get flared up and sore over time, they tend to swell up a bit more, so it's nice to switch to a bigger flange for gentler expression when my nipples are feeling tender. They're comfortable and easy to use and clean.

Good for the wearable pumps but not the standard ones. A pair of each size very useful for experimenting with smaller size to see what is best. Flexible and easy to clean too. Excellent value for money
