Small & Tight. Even adjusting for Asian sizes.
Get them 3 sizes bigger if you want them to fit. Even still they are tight for the first wear or two. That said, they do work. Magnets are interesting and they hold your stuff snug... even reducing existing sag somehow. Wash them well before using. The synthetic material is a bit irritating at first.

Im a 34..i odered large they are too small ..and 1 the black one is even smaller..so they should be listed in inches...and they are not the same size
