I started using this, and it really helped with my sugar cravings, and also, I noticed significant weight loss in just two weeks. However, I started having this weird sick feeling about the fourth week after using it. I didn't associate the feeling with the supplement but it took me a few days to realise that it happened soon after taking them. It made me nauseous and so sick that I don't know how to explain the feeling. It seems to have some major side effects.o be aware. EDITED: I came back to edit this review and give it five stars because the bad reaction was due to not knowing that I was pregnant and not the product itself. This is an amazing product and I've lost lots of weight using it. I literally have breakfast and I don't feel hungry throughout the day.

Been taking these for about 6 months now. They’re an important part of my supplement stack. They help stabilise - for me - those feelings of hunger that you sometimes get between meals.

I have been taking this supplement for almost 2 weeks after reading great reviews about how Berberine is an anti microbial so can help to restore gut balance & inflammation helping to curb cravings & appetite and thus can be a factor in helping weight loss. I am really impressed by this supplement, so far I have experienced suppression of cravings for carbs, sugar and alcohol. It has also helped to reduce my appetite, not only am I less hungry but I can’t eat as much so my portion size and reduced considerably. During the first week I experienced bloating but that has now worn off. No other side effects. It’s key to note that I have along side this been exercising regularly and eating a balanced healthy diet. I also take probiotics and vitamins for general health. This isn’t a miracle pill but it’s so far done what I was hoping it would, however no weight loss yet. I have read that dihydroberberine is more easily absorbed by the body than Berberine so I will be purchasing that instead of this next time.

I took these for approx a week, 1-2 tablets per day. After day 6 I started to get chest pains, squeezing of my neck, shortness of breathe and nausea that seemed to progressively worsen. Ended up in A&E with a suspected heart problems and investigations into a potential blood clot. I am only 40 and generally fit and well aside from gaining weight after having my 2 children in the past 4 years. I 110% blame these tablets for almost killing me!!
