It’s difficult to find a dairy free nutrition drink that DOES NOT taste nasty and chalky. This is actually pretty good tasting. It smells chocolatey delicious! I can drink a whole bottle in a sitting. I think the size portion is appropriate too.I got this for my nonverbal autistic daughter who is struggling with an eating disorder. She was malnourished to the point of losing hair. That picture shows how much hair was coming out with each brushing before drinking this nutrition shake daily. Now it’s down to a few strands typical for a long haired girl. Within 1-2 weeks of drinking this everyday, her hair stopped shedding!She was barely eating 3-4 bites of food a day so definitely not getting the vitamins and minerals her body needed. But she is willing to down a bottle of this each day. Now I can tell her overall health is better.I’m thankful for this company! Huge bonus is the no sugar! Worth every penny!

Crohn’s with IBS, lactose intolerant, sensitive to all FODMAPS, nightshades, poor appetite, poor absorption, generally miserable. lolThis meal replacement shake has changed my life.I know everyone has a preference with protein shakes, and there are SO MANY to choose from, it’s hard to know where to start, but this is the one for me. I needed vegan, something that tasted good enough to be able to choke down when I don’t feel well. I don’t generally like sweets, I know some think they are too sweet, but I wouldn’t say they are. I tend to stick to the vanilla and that helps. I make sure they are really cold as well.I went with the reviews, skipped the powder and went with the bottles. Easy, and done. Makes me feel good, and I know I am getting my nutrients, so it’s worth the price for me.I’ve tried the vanilla, chocolate, strawberry banana. Vanilla is my favorite, but chocolate is good too. I want to try them all but haven’t gotten to it yet. I subscribe and drink 1-2 a day.

if you want a plant based complete nutrition protein shake, this is the one. others have micro plastics and other crap in them, did a lot of research and tried many, this is the one. tastes great cold. i also use one of their other products, same, but with less vitamins and amino acids. drink 1 of these and 1 of the other ones every day. chocolate for me, but they have other flavors. check the amazon store for this brand.

I have a subscription for a case of OWYN plant based protein shakes every two weeks.One case had some sort of contaminant in the first two bottles I opened. It was like a thin plastic film. I'm not sure if it was actually plastic, a thin layer of hardened product, or some other contaminant.Neither Amazon or OWYN, the manufacturer, are interested in making this right.Amazon won't accept the rest of the case as a return and OWYN hasn't responded to 2 messages.I am VERY disappointed in both Amazon and OWYN.I have used this previously many times without issue. This is unacceptable.

Love using these as my cereal milk instead of regular almond milk for when I have cereal to add extra protein. The vanilla did taste sweet as though there was added sugar, but I was surprised to see it had none! I think I prefer the chocolate a little over the vanilla as the “sweet” taste isn’t as prevalent. I also used these to make ninja creamis and they turned out so creamy and decadent! I wished this version would also come out in a strawberry flavor!

This is an alternative to another online meal replacement I use that is dairy free. It has a slightly odd after taste. It is expensive and not worth the price for me. I have not bought again.

I'm very happy with OWYN products. I've been using them regularly for about a year. They use very good ingredients for my dietary needs, and at a much better price than many other protein shakes and powders.Besides drinking chilled from the bottle, I've just discovered another great way for me to drink these. I add half a bottle of OWYN in my morning 8 oz. cup of brewed decaf! It's really good! To me it's delicious and creamy without dairy. While adding healthy ingredients and protein, it also replaces the not-so-great ingredients and calories I previously added to my decaf to lighten and sweeten my brew. One thing I refuse to give up, is having my coffee (now=mocha for me) how I really enjoy it and look forward to. Yes, simple pleasures in life are great!I know this combo wouldn't be for everyone's taste, but I've always enjoyed my coffee light, and sweet. I haven't tried other flavored shakes or this over ice yet, but with temps expected in the mid 90's next week, I think I'll be trying it chilled soon.
