VERY USEFUL IN THE GARDEN AND MOVING HEAVY ITEMS WHEN MOVING HOUSE. HOWEVER, THE GAPS BETWEEN THE CROSS BARS ARE A BIT WIDE SO I HAVE MADE UP A BOARD TO FIT THE FULL LENGTH OF THE TROLLEY AND IT PROVES VERY SUCCESSFUL. A GOOD PURCHASE.

Still putting this together... I'll be using this to ferry PA and music gear into gigs. It's not as large as I imagined, even having measured and I'm not entirely sure yet how much load it will truly handle. There is some construction to do - putting the wheels on. And the mini, paper instructions are not as helpful as they might be. The images and wording don't make it entirely clear. A video link would have been useful. 'The Lever' is mentioned a number of times - it turns out there are three! And they aren't so obvious to locate. But once you find them it is fairly straightforward to erect as either a sack-truck or a trolley. But in Trolley mode, the handle wobbles around a bit and makes it feel very insecure, even without any load. But the main problem I am having is that the 'steering' caster wheels need to be bolted onto pre-made threads - but the M8 nuts supplied don't fit the threads and the supplied mini spanner is next to useless for tightening them. I now need to buy a socket set and hope I can get these on tight without damaging the threads. It should probably be returned but I need to try and get it going for this weekend... Wish me luck!.... UPDATE: As mentioned the supplied nuts would not thread onto the machined bolts on one of the wheel platforms, rendering the entire thing useless. A pain to return such a chunky item and I would rather have resolved it but no can do.

The spacer on the large wheels turned out to be too long to get the split pin in. Had to file the spacer down a bit to get it assembled. Trolley is very good. Well made and feels robust.

I wish I'd read the reviews first.... Threads on the studs to hold the castors were absolute garbage and impossible to start the nuts onto. Had to spend 40 minutes with a die cutting new threads onto all eight studs before being able to assemble the truck. The locking mechanisms of all three hinges/slides are all loose and poorly fitting. Overall a cheaply made load of rubbish that won't last very long if put to use carrying the loads stated. Not at all worth the money. Buy something else!

This trolley has been a great aid to help me and my son move stuff out over to the van and back off the van into his new apartment. Sod's law, he chose his apartment on the first floor. Luckily there was a ramp at the back of the property which allowed us to at least get all of his stuff to the ground floor, avoiding 12 steps at the front. So back to to this trolley, with it being versatile in that it switches between upright to flat-form, this was a great help when we had large boxes and tables, that we could stack in the flat-form and then we bungee-corded 3 boxes stacked on top when the trolley was upright. It was easy to set-up straight out of the box. Make sure you secure the pins when you attach the wheel and add the washer. You may need a pair of pliers to bend them in place. This is a handy trolley, but given the design and build, I doubt it's robust enough to be used daily by delivery drivers without it eventually breaking down. This is purely down to the ability to switch between the two functional modes, this may eventually give way. I would say its perfect for infrequent delivery drivers.

It's perfect for little jobs like hauling compost bags and planters. It's made my life in the garden enjoyable again. And good value for money and very sturdy. Highly recommended.
