Doesn’t work as advertised and need to be made to fit exhaust tip up to 3 inches and add a fan spool for a better sound

The media could not be loaded. I tried to figure out where was the whistle hole and this item doesn't have that hole. I put in my truck and speed up to get that sound and never I listened it.
