Unfortunately the wrong nuts were given.Only had 4 m10(L) nuts, and instead given these seen in the image. This made it impossible to complete assembly and now I have to go purchase the missing nuts...

I'm generally pleased with the product. I've only had it assembled for about a day, but it does what it's supposed to do with no apparent flexing or rocking. The item has a flat black finish, which isn't entirely apparent from the listing photos but looks fine.I deducted a star because the way in which the parts were welded prevented the vertical bars from lining up exactly right with the base of the unit. I was able to get them inserted into the mating holes by loosening the screws on the pull-up bar, inserting the vertical bars, and then tightening everything again. The tight fit makes it impractical to change the height of the pull-up bar on a regular basis, but I don't anticipate an individual user will want to change it once it's properly set.Also, if you're over six feet tall this may seem a bit short for you. I'm 5'9" and seem to be using the bars about four inches below the the maximum height settings (I assume that my arms are of normal length for my height).

I am happy with this product for the price. I put it together within an hour and only needed my husband's help to tighten everything up. I've only had it for about a week, tested it for different calisthenics exercises, and was pleased with all I can do. It is heavy. Still, I can move it around, release the safety pins, fold and put it to the side once I am done with my routine, allowing me to save space when not using it. This was one of the main reasons I went for this model, and I don't regret it. Now, it is true, as another reviewer mentioned, that the packaging could be improved and made more secure. I received everything in order, but the nuts, washers, and bolts were loose. Although everything was in the box and nothing was damaged. With continued use, the red handle protectors are relatively thin and will not last too long. But those are easy enough to reinforce or replace. So, I don't count it as an issue, especially given the price.
