Very impressive small book on some captivating contemporary home. I find it hard to believe that such a high quality hard bound book with photographs, drawings and trilingual text can cost so little. It would be worth five times it price just for the quality of it!

First off, this book is a tremendous value. It’s filled with high quality photos of modern houses from all over the world. Add in some plan and elevation views, info on the respective architects and this book becomes an absolute gem. I highly recommend!!

Total page-turner.
It's two volumes of beautiful pictures and descriptions of both the architect(s) and the design itself. I own many design books, some more for learning purposes, and others because I simply enjoy architectural eye candy. In this case, the books are larger with big color-print photos, and there are houses featured that I haven't seen before. It's not the ultimate best I've ever seen, but it's certainly far from the worst.

Very well planned and laid out. great images that all relate. The usual well edited Taschen work. I love this book!

Excellent
This collection of contemporary houses has given me ideas for retirement as well minor redecorating projects for now. Granted most homes in the collection are a bit out of my range right now but it gives me aspiration when cracking the books open.

Nice book. Variety of house choices. Mostly exterior shots with very little interior shots, unlike the cover shows. With the excess of pictures on pinterest and Instagram, I found the book over priced.

Awesome set of 2 large books filled with fabulous pictures and details of fantastic properties - would recommend to anyone who has even the beginnings of interest and curiosity for cool & modern homes, architecture and interiors. Truly inspiring and excellent value. Even my family who normally have no interest in such things went through every page of both books !!
