Nice assortment for the money
Seem to be quality. I did not measure the resistances - but they work without issue so far.

OK resistors, not ±1% tolderance
These resistors will work fine, like any other axial resistors but the tolerance aren't really as specified. The tolerances seem closer to ±3% than ±1% but hey, they'll work fine for most everything I work on. Using in guitar amp rebuild where I'm replacing carbon film with metal film. Didn't have quite every value I needed, but that's always going to be the case if you buy a kit and have specific projects in mind. Could easily series or parallel for the values you need.
