The tri-wheel build is super effective. Came with a bungee to hold my stuff, but I have carried hundreds of pounds of boxes and products. This is made very quality. It can lay down and stand up. Folds up pretty flat too so it fits anywhere.

I was looking for a dolly truck to move a small fountain that I put on a second floor deck during the summer. I store it in the basement during the winter so I have two flights of stairs to travel. The three wheeled design and the large platform are what sold me. It’s sturdy and handled the fountain with ease.

Assembly is easy and it easy to load up. We are 60+ and we moved 40 plus boxes up a flight of stairs and it wouldn’t have been possible without this. The only complaint my husband had is that it’s a bit short for him but he is 6’3” but it’s the perfect height for me. You get bonus bunge cords which is great. We didn’t install the cup holder, I don’t think that would ever be used.

We needed to try an move in a hurry due to some damage done by a severe Winter storm and living on the second story with my bad back, 3 children, and my wife's broken arm, we needed some help. When placing the order the product page said that this would arrive the next day (part of the reason we went with this), but it didn't arrive until a week and a half later, which only added to our problems. When trying to assemble this stair climbing dolly, half of the instructions made no sense or were missing important information. Many of the pictures in the instructions didn't even match this dolly. The included tools sure don't make putting this together easy! The multi-wrench things are both sized too big, but not by much, however far from a nice tight grip that you would get with real tools. Most of this went together with some struggle, but we got it, until going to attach the second wheel set. Not only was the post that the wheels gets attached to bent, but we couldn't get a bolt to screw on. So, not only was that pole bent, but due to the threads being messed up the wheel couldn't even be secured on.There were also incorrect parts sent, like the little kickstand thing is basically an open square shaped tube, but no matter what those hard rubber pieces were going to go on or in there. The kickstand doesn't stay securely out and you could never do like in the pictures and let something rest on it without collapsing. The foam grips slide back and forth freely and make it difficult to hold onto this, even while just trying to assemble it. Even the included bungee strap is throw away because they forced it to be stretched beyond it's abilities and held that way to try and hold this together during shipping. I liked that I used it for 2 cases of water up 12 steps. Each step was a work but I got it done . Easy no possible yes . It works but it still takes a effort.

boxes of books, worked like a charm. Then a 24" x 24" safe and it was really heavy and this worked absolutely fantastic!

This dolly is GREAT! Our new house has steps at every entry and two staircases inside (one of which is VERY steep). We were able to move very heavy and large items using this unit (washer, dryer, boxes, dressers, desks, etc.) Comes with two very handy rope handles to help lift the load. For most large items you do have to team lift so items don't fall forward. Now that we are moved in and doing some remodeling I've used this to move in vanities, new toilets, etc. Was a GREAT buy! keep in mind that because it has 4 wheels on the ground at once it has a terrible turning radius. In some cases we would get the item to the stairs, put it down then move the dolly to the stair side and reload the item (we have a wall 3 feet after the bottom of our stairs).
