I have to admit I was skeptical at first. But my hands are so miserable now I had to try something. OMG I'm so glad I got this. 6 out of 10 fingers are trigger fingers. They lock up and hurt so bad that life is becoming painful to say the least. I've only used this a few times but the improvement is remarkable. I'm hoping it lasts for awhile. Opened product after arriving today. After turning it on I noticed the only function that worked was the vibration setting. I then made sure the device was fully charged as instructed in the manual and tried it again, and still nothing besides vibration works. The device does not inflate the air compressors, does not heat up, and does not intensify at all.

My husband liked it because his hand would fit properly inside, however he was disappointed with the heat option too. The pros is that it does put a good amount of pressure on your hand if your hand is not too small.
