Great portable nebulizer. My 22mos old daughter cooperates well when using this item. No noise and light to carry. I can choose the strength of the mist as to the comfort of my baby. As for the liquid compartment, it is spill proof. Overall, I can totally recommend this nebulizer.

The item is extremely cheaply built and does not charge! Used it only once and then failed because it does not charge. Too bad I threw the box to be able to return it.
