Even as a first-time user, I found the sprayer very easy to operate. The Sprayer is actually very good. The built quality of the tank is excellent. It's also 20L so that's an added advantage plus the other accessories given are also of very good quality. In short nothing has been cheaped out. The straps are also quite decent and so is the spray gun. There was no water leakage and the pressure was also good. For someone who has never used a sprayer before, I found it very easy to use. One thing is that, given the quality of the tank, I found the whole unit to be on the heavier side. So when it's completely full, the sprayer becomes very heavy. The installation was relatively easy, although I feel the company should have made an installation video. That would have made the assembly process a cakewalk. The customer support do call you after the delivery asking if you need any help if there's any issue with the product though. So that's after sale service looks good so far. There's also a 6 month warranty with this product which can be extended by another 6 months by paying additional premium. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend this sprayer for sure.

The whole package is made of very high quality material. It also has an instruction manual for easy assembly & installation. My purpose of purchasing this product was just to carry water to my rooftop so that I can use my cordless pressure washer to clean my solar panels since it was difficult for me to carry a bucket of water to the rooftop every time. With balwaan's manual sprayer, I am able to easily carry water to the rooftop. The shoulder straps are very comfortable and of very tough good quality.
