Good idea, a couple of flaws in execution keep it from being perfect. First, the bolts that hold the rail in stock out and are fairly sharp. They could easily snag something. I covered them with a strip of weather stripping. Could have easily been solved by using cap nuts for another couple pennies. Next issue is the design of the box bottom is flat, but the floor isn't so the box deforms a little as its tightened down.Overall cool product, with some more thought would be 5 stars.Also, just an fyi, the drawers will open with the seats down, but only just barely and risks damaging the upholstery. I'd only do that in an emergency.

Was easy to install and you would never know it is under the seat.
